Return:

To be eligible for a return, the product has to be unused and in the same condition as received and should also be in the original packaging.Email us at contact@hobnnob.com to get the return instructions.You will receive a free shipping label via email. You will need to print these label & drop off the package at the nearest respective carrier location along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.Our team will offer you the replacement pcs (If available in stock) or offer a full refund.On receipt of merchandise, our team will inspect them and send you an email confirmation of our team’s decision to approve or reject your refund request.If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.The online Sale OR Outlet Sale items are not covered under Return or Exchange program.

Exchanges:

As our products are handmade, sometime defects misses the QA check despite all the due diligence. No need to fret over it!! If you have received such defective or damaged items, simply email us at contact@hobnnob.com and we are always happy to help you. If you want product exchange with another size or product, please follow the return process and email us to help you with the exchange process.We would also like to bring to your notice that below product concerns are not defects, but nature of these handmade products.

• Fiber shedding: (We recommend regular and controlled vacuuming of the rug at a low power mode in a week). The shedding should be very less.
• Tuft coming out: Please note, the tufts or fibre need to be trimmed and not pulled.
• Due to natural fibres and dyes under extreme humid condition, tonal color change happen some-time, if the product is exposed too much in open sunlight.
• Crease marks (Can disappear with routine vacuuming)
• Odour - Rugs recently removed from a bag may have odour, which can go off by placing the rug (back side up) in direct sunlight for few hours.

Refund:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank again from where the original payments are made.For refund to credit card, there may be delay of processing time before your refund is officially visible in the statement.If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@hobnnob.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
